Specialist training courses are also provided to staff to ensure that they are fully trained to undertake more complex care needs.

what is the cost of my care
The costs for your care will depend on the services that are provided to you. During our appointment with you to discuss your needs, we will provide options best suited for you and discuss financial options. We are happy to assist you with any financial queries you may have. what do i do to cancel my scheduled visit
If in any event you need to cancel your call(s), contact Head Office and request a call cancellation with 24 hour notice so we can inform your carers of your cancellations. We will resume your calls afterwards. You will be charged if you cancel your call with less than 24 hour notice.
If you want to cancel any calls that you may no longer require, contact Pagehill healthcare Head Office and we will arrange a review with you to update your care plan with these new changes. Changes in your care plan will be in full effect as soon as possible.
